Step 1) BOOK A NO-OBLIGATION CONSULTATION

Contact us by either requesting a quote through our online form or by calling us. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

STEP 2) ON-SITE VISIT, JOB INSPECTION AND QUOTATION

The owner of Top Marble Care will personally meet with you to review your area that needs care. After recommendations on how to resolve the area of concern, and the best solution will be selected based on the consideration of cost, time of restoration and outcome. A detailed quote will be emailed to you within 48 hours. The quote will include the cost, type of finishing, and the length of time to complete the job.

STEP 3) RESTORATION PROCESS

Our team will prepare your area for the restoration. This includes taping off rooms, putting down drop cloths where we walk and placing plastic on baseboards. We use a wet grinding system that helps to minimize the dust. It’s 99% dust-free! The finish and any colour enhancement will already be agreed on and included in the initial quote. 

STEP 4) QUALITY CONTROL AND JOB DELIVERY

After a final inspection, our quality control manager will deliver the job to you. We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every project we deliver. Additionally, we will educate you on how to maintain your marble or stone to get maximum longevity.
