  • How do I clean up spills on my marble?

As soon as a spill occurs, you should use a damp cloth or paper towel to wipe it away. Make sure not to rub too hard, as this can cause damage or dullness to your marble surface. After wiping up the spill, disinfect the area with a cleaning solution that is appropriate for marble surfaces

  • What type of maintenance do I need for my marble surfaces?

Regular cleaning and sealing of your marble surfaces is recommended. We suggest that you use a cleaner specifically formulated for marble and use it in combination with a sealer to provide extra protection from staining, etching, and other damage. Additionally, you should avoid using acidic cleaners or scrubbing pads on your marble surfaces.

  • Do you have any tips on how to keep my marble surfaces looking great?

Absolutely! The key is consistent maintenance which includes regular cleaning with the appropriate products, sealing when necessary, and avoiding acidic or abrasive materials that can cause damage. Additionally, proper care will extend the life of your marble surfaces and help prevent long-term deterioration. Check out our services for more information about caring for marble surfaces.

  • What is Marble/Granite Polishing Services

At first glance, it may look like a simple coat of wax or other coating is the answer to making your marble floor or countertop sparkle. But contrary to popular belief, these are not the best choice for protecting one of the most important elements in any home. While they may give your surface initial shine, wax and other coatings can easily peel off quickly and leave behind an unsightly yellow tinge. That's where our eco-friendly polish comes in.

Our dust-free marble and granite polish will not only protect your marble surface but also bring out its natural beauty by enriching its color and enhancing the contrast between its veins. And you don't even have to worry about sacrificing on style: we offer different levels of luster, from a matte or honed finish to a high-sheen polish that fits with any taste.

  • Is the work very dusty? Do I need to remove furniture or cover with plastic sheets?

The restoration process we use involves grinding the stone in order to remove scratches and etch marks left behind by acidic products. As our team works, they do so with a wet method which helps keep 99.9%  of the dust at bay. In order to protect any nearby furniture or walls, our experts cover them in plastic sheets and make sure nothing is damaged or made dirty by the water.

  • Are my children safe to stay at home while you work?

It's perfectly safe for your children to stay at home while we do our work, as our process is completely dust free! The only thing that you need to take into consideration is not letting them be in the area where the actual work is taking place. In some cases, when an oil-based sealer is used, it's recommended that windows be opened during the sealing and for a few hours afterwards; however, we do offer water based sealers as well, which are low odor and VOC (volatile organic components). All of our sealers are even safe to use in food areas. So rest assured - you don't have to worry about your children while we're hard at work!

  • How long do I have to wait until I can use/walk on the floor?

When your floor is looking its best, you'll want to enjoy it right away! But don't rush into walking on it just yet. For most jobs, you can start exploring its smooth surface once we are done - but it must be kept dry until the sealer has fully cured. To ensure that everything adheres correctly, this process may take anywhere between 2 and 48 hours! Once the waiting period has passed, you'll be free to take a stroll and appreciate all of the hard work that went into making your floor look so special.
